Welcome to the blog of a recent graduate, full-time customer services advisor, PhD hopeful and “eloquent mouth-piece” (apparently – not my words but I like them), who’s trying to figure out what to do with her life!
Some of the things I’ve learned so far include:
- I’m a definite homebird – although I love to travel, my roots will always be here in North East England
- I am at once both a hopeless procrastinator (aka bloody lazy) and a ridiculous perfectionist. Which means I argue with myself a lot!
- Working at McDonald’s really isn’t that bad, I made great friends for life in my time there; and it is possible to get the greasy smell out of your hair – on the occasions when you get 3 days off in a row.
Getting back to the blog… when I have something to say that I think someone might want to read, I write it. Me having something to say, that happens a lot. As for people thinking it’s interesting? A lot more rare but it happens!
So I can’t promise anything, but have a scroll and see what you think. If you see something you enjoy, follow the blog and I’ll try to make sure there’s more where that came from!
